Where, When and how will I study? This course is studied at the SciTech Centre, Eastgate, Barnsley. January, April and September starts. The AAT fast-track is a 48 week course studied 1 day per week in College. Level 2 commences on Friday 26th April 9.30am-2.00pm. What subject areas will I study? The fast-track route will enable the learner to study 2 levels of the qualification in approximately 18 months. It is a very intense course, but is rewarding on completion. Once the first 2 levels have been passed successfully the learner will then be able to progress on to the final level (Level 4). Once the final level has been completed the student will have the option to become a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) Level 2 and Level 3 will cover basic accounting concepts, costing, indirect tax, computerised accounts etc.

On completion of the AAT qualification the student will be able to progress to AAT Level 4. They will be able to progress in their career or move into a career in Practice or Industry. The student could even set up their own accountancy practice.
