In A Level Accounts you will study both financial and management accounting for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Throughout your studies you will also cover the principles of double entry bookkeeping and how it is used in business. Students who have an interest in business and finance will thoroughly enjoy this topic. When and how will I study? AS – 1 year A2 – 2 years Discovery pathway – 3 years The taught lessons will consist of lectures, individual study, group work, investigations, tests, assignment work and a range of other activities. A range of external visits may be set up which you may participate in.

On completion of this programme, you may wish to continue for a second year on to the Accounts A Level (A2), to achieve the full A Level qualification.
