Business Management M.A

Course Description

The Master’s Degree in ‘Business Management’ (BM) is an extension of the Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a business-oriented college. The Master’s Degree in BM diverts from the usual functional orientation of a business studies course and has a cross-functional business management teaching concept with international and macroeconomic implications and a specialization option with a microoeconomic or a macroeconomic orientation and broadens and deepens application-oriented scientific (research) methods and concepts of economics. After a deepening of skills from the previous Bachelor’s degree as well as a widening of the communication and research skills, central aspects out "General Management" or "Studies in Economics" are taught application- or research-oriented in the context of “International Business Management”. In addition, there are second and third semester modules which are taught across both majors (for details please see the course programme). The structure and content of the Master’s Degree in Business Management (BM) covers and forms a singular feature of the study concept within the German college landscape.
