Entry to Catering and Hospitality

Course Description

This course provides an introduction to catering and hospitality. You will develop practical skills for working in kitchens and restaurants, learn food hygiene and safety and improve your Basic Skills in English & Maths. On successful completion of this course, you will gain qualifications in a range of food preparation, food service, and life skills to help you progress to further catering & hospitality courses or as a first step to employment.
