Level 2 Business Administration with ICT Skills

Course Description

This course enables you to learn or improve on your basic computer skills for work in a modern office. You will develop word and text processing skills including mail merge and document presentation. You will learn to use email, spreadsheets, Sage accounts and presentation software. You will gain the qualifications through various examinations and assessment in: - OCR Text Processing Level 2 - this is a nationally recognised qualification in Text Processing, Word Processing, Audio, Business Presentations, Mail Merge and Speed Keying. Assessment is by means of unit examination. OCR Administration - this qualification will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to undertake administrative duties in a modern office. Assessment is by means of unit examination. BCS ITQ ECDL Level 1 and 2- this qualification covers various units including: Wordprocessing, internet, email, presentations,and Spreadsheets. Essential Skills Literacy, ICT and Numeracy which will be assessed throughout the course.
