You’ll be exposed to real-time projects that are central to multinational research programs. You cannot learn marine biology solely in the classroom, so JCU opens important doors for you to: Access diverse tropical marine systems including coral reefs, tropical estuaries, mangrove habitats and seagrass beds Volunteer your help on post-graduate research projects bound for publication in primary journals Work in premium research facilities like Orpheus Island and on seagoing vessels Go on international exchange to study distinctive marine habitats.
