This course is open to existing graduates in any discipline who wish to gain an additional qualification in Law. Students gain a solid foundation in traditional law subjects and choose from a varied elective program. The Bachelor of Laws (Graduate) is an accredited degree that focuses strongly on learning outcomes that have professional relevance and practical application. This course is designed to challenge students, exposing them to contemporary issues, the latest research and new ideas across diverse areas of the practice and application of law. The program encourages students to develop independent thought and critical analysis of legal issues, as well as an interest in law reform and an understanding of community legal problems.
