The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in Electronic Systems and IoT is available in 2016 and is offered as a four year course, located on our Cairns campus. The first year may be studied in Townsville. You will start your course with a common first year of study, followed by a choice of engineering specialisations when you reach your second year.

Internet of Things is relevant for a range of job opportunities including: precision agriculture, smart cities, environmental and ecological monitoring, mining and smart manufacturing, security and disaster management, building and home automation, and structural health monitoring. Our graduates will have expertise in applying state-of-the art technologies to solve practical problems in these areas.
