Course Description

Suitable for all students with a keen interest in people and their behaviour, A-Level Psychology offers the chance to explore a range of concepts and theories relating to humans and their thoughts, emotions and actions. Units of study include: - Introduction to psychology (key approaches, gender development and research methods) - Social psychology, cognitive psychology and individual differences - Child development and applied options (cognitive development, substance abuse and forensic psychology) - Approaches, debates and methods in psychology
