A-Level Accounting

Course Description

Starting with the principles and purposes of financial accounting you will learn how and why businesses need to keep records of their finances. After this you will move on to the techniques required for managing financial information, producing balance sheets and calculating profit and loss. You will also learn about legal requirements, data handling, presenting and justifying judgements and problem solving. On this course you will develop skills in ratio analysis and budgetary control, planning and organising your own work to stick to deadlines.
