BA in History

Course Description

History is arguably the broadest of the liberal arts. It encompasses all of human experience. The study of history broadens your understanding of the human experience, improves your moral judgment, informs your worldview, and prepares you for civic life. It also cultivates fair-mindedness, respect for others, and patient, thorough decision-making. The study of American History in particular is an expression of patriotism. Can you love your country without also desiring to know its history? Our history program emphasizes the study of history through the lens of the Christian faith, with a focus on the history of Western Civilization. If you desire to learn and grow in a strong Christian environment that links the past to the present, then contact us or apply today.
