In the first year (AS) you will have two main areas of study: Unit 1: Markets and Market Failure. Unit 2: The National Economy. The second year takes you up a step with two more study topics: Unit 3: Business Economics and Distribution of Income. Unit 4: The National and International Economy.

This qualification should form a basis for progression into further learning, including progression from AS to A2, into Higher Education and/or employment.
