This programme is for students interested in studying literature, who enjoy reading novels, plays and poems and who wish to gain a qualification useful for both employment and further education. The programme is the ideal combination of plot, writers intentions, character and context study. It can be combined with other AS/A Levels.

The AS Level is a standalone qualification or can contribute as the first year of an A Level award. It is useful for both employment and further/higher education, adding UCAS points for university applications and enhancing career opportunities (this subject is particularly relevant for degrees in Humanities and the Media).
