Course Description

And the many hands-on projects and optional co-op work terms will give you the real-world experience you need to succeed. Option: start your Engineering degree at the Faculty of Agriculture If you prefer to begin your studies in a smaller campus environment, the Engineering Diploma program at Dalhousie's Faculty of Agriculture in Truro is the academic equivalent of the first two years of an Engineering degree (BEng). After earning your diploma, you can complete the final two years of your BEng in Halifax. Accreditation: Programs are designed to satisfy the profession’s demanding criteria – all have been accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board.

Once you have completed four years of suitable work experience, you may apply to become a full-fledged professional engineer.
