Course Description

We’re a nationally accredited school that offers a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in five professional disciplines: Diagnostic Cytology, Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiological Technology, and Respiratory Therapy. We also offer Medical Laboratory Technology in the Post Diploma program. We’re the only fully integrated four-year university-based program of this kind in Canada. Our tight-knit programs foster teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous personal and professional development. And while we prepare you for a successful career in health care, you enjoy the benefits of the entire university experience. Since the classes are small, not only will you get to know your fellow students well, you’ll be on a first-name basis with our faculty. Our partnership with the QEII Health Sciences Centre—the largest academic health sciences centre in Atlantic Canada—allows you to get out of the classroom and into the clinical setting, starting in your first semester.
