The Elementary Education, TESOL/ENL program prepares candidates to teach English language learners (ELLs) in various contexts, including general education or ENL classrooms; they will often work collaboratively with other teachers to support ELLs. Graduates earn credits toward an elementary certification (K-8) and an endorsement in English as a New Language (k-12). Four semester credit hours in a modern language other than English are required.
