This programme is designed to produce graduates with a broad knowledge of core aspects of Computing, including computer hardware and software, data communications, information management, mathematics and interpersonal skills. Graduates can expect to take up employment at entry level in industries ranging from the large multinational companies to small or medium enterprises. The programme is designed to: • Provide students with the programming skills necessary to write code for the deployment of multimedia applications and data processing applications; • Give students the skills necessary to write well-designed interactive applications; • Introduce students to basic electronic concepts and circuits; Provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge of computing operating systems and data communications Introduce students to the contemporary study of interpersonal communication and to facilitate the development of the students interpersonal communication skills.
