You’re a talented musician and love to perform, so do what you love and bring your big break a little closer. Make some noise. Make it happen at MAINZ. This programme focuses on contemporary music with an emphasis on live performance. Learn about and perform a variety of different music styles, such as homegrown, blues, reggae, hip hop/R&B, rock and pop. Have regular tuition on your chosen instrument, form bands, rehearse and perform. You’ll get ‘real world’ experience working with students from other disciplines on in-house performances, high school tours and in the MAINZ recording studios. And our regular guest speakers will not only educate and entertain you, but also offer valuable insight into the reality of life as a professional musician.
