Course Description

Leadership, communication and organisational skills are essential components of successful business management. Frontline Managers need to be able to manage both their own performance and that of their employees. Frontline managers must ensure they have the relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes to create innovative strategies that build their company’s competitiveness in the marketplace. The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is designed to enhance student’s supervisory skills and knowledge. Students develop communication skills, develop foundation knowledge of the principles of customer service, enhance workplace operations, and develop management skills. A key component of ASBM is that all students will undertake 140 industry work placement hours in a business enterprise as part of this course.
