The program will prepare graduates with a range of business skills necessary to be successful in a number of business environments. These include customer service, marketing activities, business communication and occupational health and safety. The Certificate IV in Business is designed for those who have little to no business experience and seek a career in business or who intend to study at the diploma or degree level in the future. A key component of ASBM is that all students will undertake 140 industry work placement hours in a business enterprise as part of this course.
