Course Description

The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is a 4 year full time degree which combines broad legal study with a wide range of specialist elective papers in law. Graduates are eligible to gain admission as barristers and solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand on completion of their professional studies course. With four years of intensive study, interactive lectures and regular case-study workshops, our LLB is designed to produce graduates who can deliver practical solutions to legal problems. Corporate law, competition law, intellectual property, family law, environmental law and taxation, are among the areas covered. Led by academic staff with a wealth experience in the teaching and practice of law, you will benefit from their wide-ranging expertise.
