You'll take courses in key business functions including accounting, human resources management, operations management, logistics, marketing, sales, international trade, international business, economics and more. Students also have the opportunity to participate in Fleming's International Learning Experience, a unique global learning trip. This course culminates in a three-week excursion to various cultural, political and historical sites, as well as business enterprises, in different parts of the world. Students have visited Europe and future trips are planned for South America and Asia. Our focus on team-based management skills will give you the skills employers are seeking. You will learn on the latest business simulation software and use the Ivey School of Business case study methodology. With a strong foundation in business administration, you can focus on your career interests and specialize in a specific discipline of business like human resources, marketing or finance.
