In order to apply your knowledge, you'll acquire workplace experience, as well as perform numerous in-class activities including using simulation software. You will be encouraged to join the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), and attend monthly meetings of the local chapter. You will also have the opportunity to serve as a student volunteer at HRPA's annual conference -- a great opportunity to make valuable career and job contacts.
