You will make wine and participate in practical vineyard operations on-campus as well as in a variety of commercial vineyards and wineries throughout the region. In Tairāwhiti, Gisborne, you will experience winemaking throughout an entire vintage in the on-campus commercial winery. And, in the vineyard operations component of this programme, you will assist with the management of both the on-campus and commercial vineyards.
