Creativity lies at the heart of almost everything we do. And, in a fast-paced, forever-changing world, some of the key skills you’ll need to thrive and survive are creativity, flexibility and adaptability. Enter the Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design. A project-based learning approach will place you at the centre of the learning experience throughout the delivery of this three-year programme. By engaging in a series of in-house and real-life projects, you’ll utilise various media including print, paint, sculpture, graphic design and 3D design to develop the skills needed for a career in the ever-growing creative industries. During this programme you’ll learn key theory and techniques within a project-based environment on your way to becoming a professional artist or designer. Some projects will be individually focused, others collaborative. Some will be prescribed, others will demand self-directed learning. All of these projects will weave together to form your BVAD.
