UT offers both a 4-year program and a 2+2 year program in health care administration. Students can enroll in the 4-year program in their freshman year. Upon completion of the 4-year program, the student earns the bachelor of science degree in health care administration and a general minor in business. Students who enroll in the 2+2 year program must have an associate’s degree in a health related field. Students who select this program are often already gainfully employed in the health-care field (nurses, respiratory therapists, etc.). Upon completion of the program, the 2+2 year program student receives the bachelor of science degree in health care administration.
