The Master in Real Estate (MRE) is a one-year program offered by SDA Bocconi in collaboration with MIP (Politecnico di Milano). The program has been designed to meet the growing demand for professionals with specific training in real estate management, an industry sector that has experienced significant growth in recent years and, as a result, is far more complex than it used to be. The collaboration between two Schools of Management (SDA and MIP) has resulted in a program that is highly specialized and combines management training with the development of competencies and skills that are highly relevant to the real estate industry. This is achieved by alternating lectures and seminars with case studies and face-to-face meetings with key players from the industry, in order to establish a strong link between what is learned in class and what happens in the industry. At the end of the program, MRE graduates typically take on management roles within estate agencies, managing agencies, construction companies, property funds, real estate divisions within businesses and financial organizations, and property consultancy firms.
