Course Description

Program The Master in Management of Performing Arts (MASP) is a one-year program designed for those who wish to pursue a managerial career within the entertainment industry. The program is designed to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the performing arts industry, both at a national and international level, and to prepare them for a career in any area of the business, from production to marketing and distribution. For this program, SDA Bocconi has joined forces with two other leading institutions: Accademia Teatro alla Scala and Piccolo Teatro di Milano. This powerful collaboration enables SDA Bocconi to offer you specialist management training combined with first-hand exposure to the inner-workings of the performing arts industry. Lectures and related activities are held both at the university campus and within the premises of the theatres, allowing you to be in direct contact with professionals from the start, whether it is on stage, behind the scenes, or in the production offices. The program is taught over twelve months, starting in January and finishing in March of the following year, with a two-month break during summer.
