This 32 week program will assist students in obtaining industry knowledge through the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council as Front Desk Agents, Reservation Sales Agents, Tourism Visitor Information Counsellors, Food & Beverage Servers and Housekeeping Room Attendants. Certification will also be obtained in the Front Desk Agent skill area. This is a pre-apprenticeship program and it is recognized by the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission. This is your first step towards journeyperson status as a Guest Services Representative.
