Geography – Bachelor Degree

Course Description

The Geography degree is a three-year program offered by the University of Saskatchewan that may be completed at Parkland College. Programs in Geography combine the study of subjects in the natural sciences, social sciences and geographical techniques. The Geography program is divided into Human and Physical Geography. Students completing the Human Geography program will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree, while those completing the Physical Geography program will receive a Bachelor of Science degree. All classes can be completed at Parkland College through face to face classes and online distance learning from the University or Regina, University of Saskatchewan and Athabasca University. This bachelor degree is a bit more complex than many of our other programs because of the need to work within some tight regulations. It is essential that students interested in pursuing this field of study contact our academic advisor for more information and to create a schedule of classes.
