Applied Physics is devoted to the study and understanding of nature. Considered the most fundamental science, it deals with the constituents, properties, and evolution of the entire universe, from the smallest subatomic particles to the largest galaxies. But because physics covers so much territory, many questions about the physical world have yet to be answered. At NYU-Poly, our MS in Applied Physics program trains the next generation of physicists to find those answers. Courses for this program are held on our Brooklyn campus, primarily in the evening.
