You will study 8 units (a mixture of mandatory and optional units) to achieve a total of 60 credits in order to complete the qualification. These are some examples of units you may study: Human Lifespan Development, Communication in Health and Social Care, Anatomy and Physiology, Individual Needs in Health and Social Care and Health and Social Care Services The units are designed to give you a broad basis of knowledge in different health and social care settings and with different service users. You will also develop your personal, study and employability skills through research, projects and assignment work individually or in groups.
