Introduction to the beauty sector, how to present a professional image in a salon, basic manicure, basic pedicure, salon reception, skin care, art of photographic make up, face painting, basic make up, and nail art. Students would also need to take part in an assisting role in the salon and work with other levels of learners in this curriculum area.

Successful candidates will be able to progress onto Level 2 Beauty Therapy, Nail technology or to further learning and training to develop their knowledge and skills of the Beauty Therapy Industry.
