You will learn about working in the Business industry, customer service, identify your own skills and potential development and how you can apply these skills in the workplace. You will also enhance your oral and written communication.

Upon successful achievement of this programme, learners can progress to a BTEC Level 2 in Business programme or to another appropriate Level 2 programme.
