Functional Skills ICT aims to give learners the practical knowledge of how to apply ICT skills to everyday situations. The course is taught using Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) along with Internet Explorer and Email. This course will include literacy modules.

After this course, learners can progress onto Level 1 IT Useds Certificate or L2 IT courses, PreAccess or courses in other voactional areas.
