This program will prepare you to apply to veterinary schools throughout the country. You can enroll in specialized classes such as animal behavior, comparative anatomy, physiology, histology, embryology, and parasitology. These courses will provide you with an educational background that will make you more competitive when applying for acceptance to veterinary school. We have a mentor-mentee program for incoming freshmen and our advisors stay with the student for the full four year program. Our student/teacher ratio is low and many of our faculty conduct research allowing students to get valuable experience in research techniques.
