International Master of Science

Course Description

The International Master of Science is for students wishing to upgrade their qualifications with a view to pursuing a career in science research in academia or private industry. The program gives you the opportunity to build on your research experience with the option to complete a research project of up to one year. Your degree: Students are able to undertake specialisations in: Biotechnology Chemistry** Earth and Environmental Sciences Environmental Biology Medicinal Chemistry** This degree gives students the flexibility to transfer into the Master of Science or Master of Science and Management after their first year of study. ** Students who choose Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry as a specialisation may apply to study at Friedrich-Alexander-U\niversität Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany) for up to one year on exchange. What you study: Core subjects you will study include: Fundamentals of Science Communication Fundamentals of Science Laboratories (or another negotiated elective as approved by the program director) Global Perspective in Science Fundamentals of Science Data Current Questions in Science. You will also undertake an International Research Project.
