Course Description

The production of food and fibre are key sectors in the Australian economy and economies worldwide. Sustainable and profitable agricultural production requires knowledge of how best to integrate various components using a systems approach. This course focuses on the application of science to the management of animals and plants in production systems, as well as environmental stewardship.

Graduates are employed as consultants, managers or researchers, by government agencies, universities, consulting firms, food industries, fertiliser companies, and international agencies.
