Our Business Management and Human Resources course enables you to focus on management processes, with a strong emphasis on issues relating to the people dimensions of organisations, individuals and employment. The course is designed to enhance your understanding of the processes of managing by studying concepts such as researching people and organisations, human resource development, international business communication and new perspectives in management and human resources, and strategic human resource management. This course can be studied over three years full-time or four years with a placement, and offers all students the opportunity to gain some industry experience or travel overseas to study abroad in one of our partner universities with our unique opportunities scheme.
