Course length: Four years (May vary with level of experience). The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) is a Trailblazer Apprenticeship that has been developed by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS), a group of employers and higher education providers. This apprenticeship includes a combination of work based learning and business education which leads to a degree and professional recognition through the award of Chartered Manager status (CMgr MCMI). Trailblazer is the new management and leadership degree apprenticeship that can: Develop a talent pool of new managers with the ability to deliver value for employers. Offer applied management and leadership skills. Provide professional recognition and Chartered Manager status. Develop professionally competent Chartered Managers. Deliver real progression opportunities through work-based learning. Award successful apprentices with a BA (Hons) in Management & Leadership from Nottingham Trent University.

You will be employed full-time during the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA).
