Named route study is available in criminology in Year 3 leading to a BA (Hons) Criminology. Up-to-date appreciation of the criminal justice process and key agencies operating within it, including the police, courts and prisons. Expert involvement from areas of forensic science including crime scene, fire and insurance claim investigation, vehicle accident reconstruction and law. Well equipped laboratories and new mock crime scene facility.

Studying this degree gives you the opportunity to improve your employability by developing skills and knowledge in two subjects. Opportunities may exist in the established agencies of the criminal justice system (eg with the Police Force including crime scene examination, prisons and probation services). Opportunities are also possible in forensic and analytical laboratories.
