Graduates of our course can apply for entry into NHS Health Care Scientist registration training programmes, which can lead to higher qualifications in specialist areas and to management roles. It is also possible to use your qualifications to help you progress into teaching in schools, colleges or universities. Many of the skills you gain during your degree, such as group working and problem solving, will also be attractive to employers in many non-biology based careers. Successful completion of Applied Biomedical Science course provides eligibility to apply for registration with the HCPC. This is a legal requirement that anyone who wishes to practice using a title protected by the HCPC.
