Course Description

The Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology – Automation and Robotics (PTY) program will give students the in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience they need to play a key role in the world of technology. In their Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology – Automation and Robotics (PTY) courses students will study the full range of automation theory and mechanics, from basic circuitry through to its application in a manufacturing system. They will also learn about hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics, robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
