Architecture BSc (Hons)

Course Description

This course will introduce the theories and technologies that influence and shape the built environment, and will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge for sustainable architectural design in a transforming digital era. The course is predominantly based upon studio work, which constitutes at least half of assessed work. You will be engaged with innovative problem solving, growing in complexity as the course develops. Field study visits will form an important part of this programme and may be organised in the UK and abroad.

Architects are also sought after by central government, local authorities, property developers, building contractors, housing associations, financial institutions, major retailers, and manufacturing companies.
