Terry’s Real Estate Program, which began in the early 1960s, is recognized by publications such as U.S. News & World Report as one of the finest in the nation. The program has been ranked in the top five of U.S. News annual rankings every year since 2005, and no other real estate program in the Southeast is ranked as high as Terry’s. Real estate currently has more than 100 majors in the undergraduate program. Students are attracted to real estate because it allows them to focus their energy and aptitude on something applied and specific that has a direct link to careers in the workplace.

In a typical year, we place an average of 70 students in internships at firms across the country. In addition to internships, Terry also contributes to the career placement of its real estate graduates through a resume book that is mailed to more than 450 firms on a semi-annual basis. That exposure has enabled numerous firms to recruit our students. In a typical year, more than 60 full-time positions in the marketplace are advertised to real estate majors.
