This course is designed specifically for students wanting to pursue careers exclusively in the culinary (Kitchen or F&B Service) area. This course provides the students with an internationally recognized certificate in Culinary Arts and Science or F&B Service from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI, USA). This course is completely hands on and practical oriented with a focus on developing the skills in kitchen management, recipe development and culinary arts.
