The graduates of the course will be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required of beginning supervisors in hotels, restaurants and small businesses. The graduates will have a good base from which to further develop their supervisory skills and management knowledge in food and beverage operations within the Hospitality industry as well as some specific knowledge of front of office and financial skills. Graduates may enter directly into the workforce or may consider further study at higher levels in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
