Course Description

Through weekly private lessons and studio classes, weekly performance forum, ensemble coaching, and music coursework, our faculty offer you comprehensive professional performance training. As an undergraduate pianist, you perform in juries and recitals to earn your degree. Additional opportunities offered to pianists at Lynn include guest master classes, the New Music Festival and the annual concerto competition, which presents a winning piano soloist with the Lynn Philharmonia each year. Our chamber music program thoughtfully assigns you to a group every semester and includes a structured rehearsal schedule, formal weekly coaching and a required performance. The Lynn 3.0 program is available to piano majors who qualify.
