Course Description

LIU Post offers a highly regarded Bachelor of Arts in Physics that explores all areas of this vast field, from theories of relativity and lasers to magnetic fields and electric currents. Our advanced and intermediate classes in physics are quite small – generally no more than six students. This degree can lead to graduate study in various areas, including engineering, meteorology and pharmacy. Graduates of our program are employed as physicists, teachers, researchers, engineers, inventors and technical writers and editors.
