This course provides the training skills and development if you are seeking management positions and a career within the broader hospitality industry. The course is delivered with a balanced practical and theory focus. You will apply your skills whilst learning in our fully equipped practical facilities, including on campus restaurants, bars and kitchens. You will also enjoy work placement with our industry partners and study in our state-of-the-art campus facilities, featuring wi-fi computer labs, lecture threatres and well resourced Information Commons. After completing this course you may undertake a range of career opportunities in resorts, hotels and venues in Australia and internationally. The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality is endorsed by the Australian Hospitality Review Panel and includes the Diploma of Business Management.

Want to run the show? Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality are equipped with the basic skills required for supervisor and management positions within the Hospitality industry. This may include such jobs as managing staff at a boutique hotel, or supervising the floor at a trendy café. Or, if you want to be your own boss, the mix of business and practical hospitality skills give you a firm foundation from which you could consider starting your own venture!
